We want you to love shopping at Ilsv.net. If products purchased from Ilsv.net do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 3 days of when your order was delivered. Please note that we do not process exchanges at this time, only returns. Also, items in new condition with all tags attached are not considered "final sale" and can be returned. You will be refunded via the method in which you paid. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Items must be initiated for return within 3 days. Items can not be washed or worn. The time period begins when your order is delivered. This excludes custom orders.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days (2 weeks) from when your package was returned. These return policies and procedures apply ONLY to customers who purchased their ILSV product from Ilsv.net.
